Digital Learning Platforms Support for Students

LCC students can now get in-person support for using UAL’s Digital Learning platforms from staff in The Digital Space.

This includes support and advice on navigating Moodle, submitting online assignments, using Workflow, myblog and all other UAL digital learning platforms.

System Issues

The Digital Space staff can triage problems and assist students in using the platforms but for any system issues – if a platform or account are not working – students should continue using the MySupport website to log a support ticket with Digital Learning Services / IT Services.

Workshops for Students

About The Digital Space

The Digital Space is an open-plan, creative IT hub set up with specialist software. It is located in WG26 on the ground floor of the Workshop Block.
