Cost of Study Guidelines
Following research conducted by the SU in 2018 the University and the SU have been working in partnership to reduce course costs, alleviate financial stress on students and support climate emergency work through recycling and promoting sustainable practices.
The following guidelines have been produced to provide support and guidance to staff in:
- Course Design
- Assessment
- Support available to students
The guidelines produced by Mark Crawley, Dean of Students and Chair of UAL Cost of Study Working Group, provides advice and guidance to staff and is essential reading when writing unit assignment and project briefs, reviewing curricula and undertaking re-approval and validation.
