All year 1 undergraduate courses teams at LCC have now been provided with a bespoke and secure APT workbook to monitor and support the academic progress of their students. The workbooks have been set up by Veronica Otero, using the latest enrolment data from SITs, and shared with key course tutors and administrators via email. A number of course teams have already started using these to prioritise support to students and have started working with Chris Bryant for additional outreach.

In these final weeks of term, in preparation for the new year, course teams are advised to check they can access their APT workbook and to read the APT User Guide.

Need help with your APT workbook?

Between now and 15 December, Veronica is available to help course teams access and use their APT workbooks – email v.otero@arts.ac.uk to arrange. Veronica will also be running an online APT Workshop for course tutors and administrators on Wednesday 15 December 11.00-12.00. Book onto the workshop via this ESS link

Need help reaching out to students?

Chris Bryant is available to help course teams to reach out to students and signpost them to support, between now and the 21 December – email c.bryant@lcc.arts.ac.uk to arrange.

I work in partnership with students and staff across LCC to enhance educational practice in relation to inclusivity, student continuation and attainment through project leadership, educational development and scholarship, aligned to the priorities of UAL Continuous Monitoring and the Academic Enhancement Model (AEM).
